My husband and I hosted our wedding reception and post-wedding brunch at the Heritage Hotel in late October of 2007. I am writing to inform you about the exemplary service and attention provided to us by the wonderful staff led by Jennifer Giuliano.

Since initially booking our reception in 2006, we worked with two different Catering Sales Managers that are no longer with your company. By the time Miss Giuliano entered into this position in a full-time capacity we were nervous to say the least. Then we met Jenn! Her outgoing personality, candor, experience, and her impeccable creative vision were immediately evident and put us at ease. In the weeks leading up to our event and throughout the entire weekend of our wedding, Jennifer worked hard to make sure that every single detail that we had envisioned was realized.

I say with confidence that our wedding would never have been the success it was without Jennifer Giuliano and the help of Banquet Manager Andy Senior.

The team made us feel more like friends than just another couple coming in and out of the facility. They attended not only to our needs, but also our guests staying at the hotel. They transformed both the Heritage Room and Eight Mile Brook into a cozy fall fantasy through their strong ability to follow directions, (and I had several!) and with their hard-work, expertise, and attention to detail.

Should I plan another large event in the future, I will definitely contact Jennifer Giuliano and the Heritage Hotel. I highly recommend Jennifer to friends and family, and hope that you appreciate her expertise as much as I do!

"We chose the Heritage after web searching, then speaking with the staff about our dates and needs. Immediately felt our business was important, and that's how it was right through the event. There were 22 of us in June, and everyone--even the kids--told me it was one of the best-ever. The Heritage setting and accommodations, as well as the dining, all the activities and the staff--it all came together. If my cousins weren't raving about the housekeeping, they were talking about the Front Desk, or the golf staff. Same for the spa--the women (and 2 guys) felt so looked after. We made a lot of family-noise, but special corners were opened for us so we could enjoy our time together My little dog had her special area and we took great country walks. The drive from all over NY, NJ, CT was green and gorgeous and so easy. Thanks, Heritage!!"

"I took full advantage of the summer months, basking in the Connecticut sun next to a sparkling pool. I felt like a million bucks. They have a sauna, Jacuzzi, and a steam room, with all the amenities supplied! Their service is outstanding. I can't keep from coming back."
