The 25 dedicated meeting rooms at The Heritage Hotel offer Connecticut meeting space that can accommodate 5 to 225 attendees. The Constitution Room , one of the few tiered amphitheaters in Connecticut, is fully equipped with professional sound and lighting capabilities, meeting technology, and rear-screen projection. The Conference Services Desk is available to provide complete secretarial support, and onsite Conference Technicians will assist with technology and multimedia electronic presentations. The Complete Meeting Package
Our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) allows you to stay within your budget guidelines by including all the major components you require:
Three meals daily served in our restaurant, Eight Mile Brook include breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and dinner. Guest room accommodations including high-speed wireless Internet service and continuous refreshment breaks are other things that make our meetings in Connecticut worry-free.
AM Service features: freshly brewed coffee, tea, assorted juices, soft drinks, sparkling water, fresh whole or sliced fruit, assorted breakfast pastries, breads, bagels and/or croissants.
PM Service features: freshly brewed coffee, tea, assorted juices, soft drinks, sparkling water, healthy snacks. We feature themed breaks, which can offer hot pretzels, ice cream novelties, chocolates, candies, popcorn and hot hors d'oeuvres.
Technology Package includes: overhead projector or 35mm slide projector, projection screen, supply table, TV/VCR, 2 flip charts, one podium (upon request) and LCD Data Package with LCD projector, screen, VGA extension cable and power strip.
Conference Service Desk providing message service, copying, faxing, desktop publishing, document binding, nametags and administrative services and a dedicated conference room set to your specifications. Additional perks include bottled water in all meeting rooms, ergonomic chairs and hard-surface, non-glare conference tables equipped with privacy panels. Ruled pads, pencils and candies are thoughtful touches that are always included.
Full Use of Resort: The only additional charges are for Spa services and the Pro Shop and Golf course

The Day Meeting Package
Your comprehensive Day Meeting Package includes:
A professional conference planner will assist you with all your meeting planning needs. This will be your single point of contact before, during and after your meeting. You'll have a dedicated conference room set to your specifications with ergonomic chairs, writing tablets, pencils, bottled water, glasses, hard candies and a supply kit. Enjoy a continuously replenished refreshment breaks with:
- AM Service features freshly brewed coffee, teas, assorted juices, soft drinks, fresh whole or sliced fruits, assorted breakfast pastries, breads, bagels and/or croissants.
- PM Service features freshly brewed coffee, teas, assorted juices, soft drinks, health snacks, fun snacks and assorted baked goods.
You'll also enjoy an extensive lunch buffet in our on-site restaurant.
The 'Standard' Technology Package offers an overhead projector or 35 mm slide projector, projection screen, TV monitor, VCR, Two (2) flipcharts with markers and tape and one (1) podium. Our in-house technology staff will set-up all equipment and provides immediate assistance with AV equipment.
Our Conference Service Desk provides message service during all meeting hours. Copies, faxing, desktop publishing, document binding, nametags and administrative services are also available.
Enjoy our on-site recreation at Heritage Hotel Sports Club. We offer treadmills, step masters, lifecycles, and an extensive variety of weight machines, steam room, sauna, in/outdoor pools, or whirlpool. **Golf charges not included.
